Life's Tough!

Life is tough in Division 3 of the L&DTTL this season for veteran Team Captain Brian Crolley and his men, Mal Kent and Andy Cheung. But this week the team managed their first win of the season; a fine team effort against Bootle YMCA B resulting in a 7:3 win. The team were joined this week by Dave Noden, substituting for Andy, whose D Team also play in Division 3 and have also been finding life tough with 2 draws and a win in their first 3 matches. Perhaps the most encouraging factor, as well as the two singles wins for each player, was the fact that Mal & Dave were able to combine to achieve an excellent doubles win to give that slight margin of difference between the two sides.

On the night, all 3 Bath Street players looked resplendent in their new club kit as our picture below shows. Featured in the picture is Mal Kent, C Team Captain Brian Crolley, and substitute and D Team Captain Dave Noden.
